Tests will be conducted regularly and Final Examination held at the end of the course.

The student has to appear in all the class tests and should have a minimum 90% attendance which qualifies the student to appear in the final examination.

Diploma certificate will be awarded to the candidates on satisfactory completion of the course based on the performance in the tests and the final examination according to the assessment of the management.

Candidates who fail in final examination shall be given facility of another two attempts (as per the date specified by the Institute) within one month from the final examination at an additional payment of Rs.75/- for each paper.

The Diploma should be collected personally within one month after the announcement of the result.

Student who is absent for the classes for 5 consecutive working days without informing the management will be dropped (dismissed) from the course and if he/she wishes to continue should pay the enrolment fee.

The Management reserves the right to either suspend or remove a candidate from a course if his/her conduct is considered prejudicial to the good order and discipline of the Institute.

Minimum qualification to undergo the training programme is S.S.L.C. or equivalent, with a good command over English language.
